About Me

My photo
My name is Lisa Silva and I just graduated UNF with my BFA in Photography.... I'm ready to take on the wedding and fashion industry full force!!! I've been involved in photography for over 11 years now. I love shooting couples, families, models, weddings, and events! My absolute favorite genre of photography is fashion and I try to incorporate it into all of my work. I love every aspect of it, from choosing the wardrobe and setting, to doing the model's makeup. I love art in all forms and I try to bring a taste of fashion and fine art into every portrait I take. But enough about me... I wanna hear about you!!! I would love to work with you to bring your vision to life... whether it be capturing all the love and emotion on your wedding day, taking pictures of your children or family, documenting your pregnancy, doing some sexy shots for your significant other.... or just unleashing your inner diva and doing a fashion shoot! The lab I work with offers amazing products... everything from wedding albums, to comp cards, to wall art, or regular prints with great quality! I look forward to meeting you and helping your vision come to life!

Baby Malakai is here!!! After 9 months of shooting Michelle and her family, their latest addition has arrived! He is a gorgeous baby with a full head of red hair and the spitting image of his mother! He arrived January 21st, 2010 and it was truly an honor to be there for the big day.

Mariah and Colson

Mariah and Colson have to be the some of the cutest siblings ever! Mariah is a beautiful little princess and Colson is just an adorable rolly polly baby with the sweetest demeanor. I shot them in their backyard on a very cold but clear day in Tallahassee, FL... I love the light in these photos and the children's expressions!

Amy and Morgan's Goth Barbie shoot...

I love playing around with makeup and hair so I'll jump at any chance I can get. I dolled up the beautiful Morgan and Amy to look like "Goth Barbies". The shots turned out great... very sexy, kinda creepy, and all around beautiful!

Ice Queen

I was very blessed to be able to go spend the holidays in New York with my family this Christmas and absolutely could not wait to shoot in the snow! I met a great model up there named Nicole and together we came up with a great concept. We "trashed" one of her old prom dresses and I did her hair and makeup super crazy! It was a great time. I have always wanted to do an Ice Queen shoot but living in Florida kind of interferes with that. We shot in Nicole's house and around her neighborhood and got some amazing images!
